The rayon spandex provides drape that doesn't cling and the colour block visually divides the body in the most flattering way. Plus... it can be reversed, since the back and front feature the same v-neckline. Natasha is technically wearing it "backwards", but who would know! Flattering thin straps will cover bra straps and it hits just  below the knee.
