SHIPPING & RETURNS
HERE ARE SOME OF THE WAYS WE WORK TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS AND PROVIDE A QUALITY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WORTHY OF YOUR TIME AND HARD-EARNED MONEY. LET'S DO THIS!
Per CRA regulations, Canadian orders are charged tax based on the destination province as follows:
- Quebec is subject to 14.975% tax
- British Columbia is subject to 12% tax
- Ontario is subject to 13% tax
- Newfoundland and Labrador is subject to 15% tax
- New Brunswick is subject to 15% tax
- Nova Scotia is subject to 15% tax
- Manitoba is subject to 13% tax
- Saskatchewan is subject to 11% tax
- Prince Edward Island is subject to 15% tax
All other Canadian provinces are subject to 5% GST.

We offer personal shopping by appointment in our showroom located in Dorchester, Ontario where we share our Instagram Lives. Simply email us to set a time and we would love to shop with you in person - ask@taylor-danielle.com
We love our American customers and sharing Canadian style with you! Please shop as you typically would. We will ship your order via UPS, with any and all applicable tariffs billed to the receiver. UPS will contact you via email to prepay any tariffs and then deliver your order. We do regret that due to the tariff situation we are unable to accept any returns from the United States at this time.
We want you to love your purchase! Should you decide that your purchase is not right for you, we accept returns for store credit (default) or refund by request only, provided they are postdated within 7 days of receiving your product. Product must be unused and unlaundered with original tags attached. Laundering voids a return or exchange. Here's how:
Option 1: Return by Mail. Please package your item(s) securely, include your original packing slip and ship to: Taylor Danielle, 3886 Hamilton Rd, Lower Unit, Dorchester ON N0L 1G2 Canada
Option 2: Return in Person. If you are local, please email ask@taylor-danielle.com to arrange drop off.
Store Credit will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your returned package. Please request by emailing ask@taylor-danielle if you prefer a refund. As a small business with a high return customer rate we default to Store Credit and appreciate your understanding. Store credit never expires.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at your own expense. Taylor Danielle will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We suggest sending via trackable means.
Due to the small nature of our business if you do not post date a return within 7 days of receiving your order, we are unable to offer exchange or refund. This is because we carry very limited stock and turn it over frequently.
We will contact you when your package is received to determine exchange or refund and process your choice.

We are very happy to offer free shipping on Canadian destined orders over $175 CAD and to our American customers on orders over $200 USD.
- Local and want it fast? We offer complimentary pick up in Dorchester, Ontario. Simply select "free local pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for contactless pick up, typically within 24 hours and often within 2 or 3 hours.
- We deliver! Within 20km of Dorchester, Ontario select “free delivery” at checkout and we will happily bring it to you, typically within 2-3 days.
North America is big, and shipping is costly, but we do not build shipping costs into our retail prices since we work with small batch designers and brands whose work we honour. We absorb as much of the shipping costs as we can to offer these rates:
- Canada-wide: $15
- *United States: $25 CAD (approx $20 USD)
For international orders outside of North America, please email ask@taylor-danielle.com for pricing - we will work out the best price possible with the best global carrier.
Taylor Danielle is not responsible for package delivery or contents once tracking indicates "delivered".

The majority of our brands are small batch, domestically produced independent (or “indi”) brands who value sustainable practices and employ local talent and production partners. You won’t find them everywhere. They’re special. It’s partnering with these brands that enables us to provide you with special, limited supply pieces you won't easily find and no one else will be wearing.

We are very conscious of our globe and work hard to reduce packaging and avoid plastic. We ship in 100% compostable mailers and recycled cardboard.
We deal with high quality small batch Canadian designers and as such have every confidence that you are getting a quality product to last you for many months and years. However, due to the nature of apparel (it is worn many times, laundered etc.) we regret that we cannot refund or exchange products that shrink or stretch as this is primarily due to natural wear and tear vs. quality.
Bodysuits, undergarments, all SALE, discounted and promotional items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
